When choosing your image to be illustrated please make sure the photo quality is good enough so that we can see & capture every tiny detail whilst we draw your portrait! All illustrations are hand drawn & are non refundable due to the personalised nature of them.

If choosing to 'add faces' we will add faces in our cartoon style, they are not designed to replicate the exact image.

 The background of the illustration will be a block colour, a heart or a circle unless discussed with us first.

You have the choice to choose 1 background option from selecting heart, circle or full block colour and choosing your colour!

We will also create 2 random backgrounds along with your chosen one & email you to be approved before shipping

(please keep an eye on your emails from us within our turnaround time)

If we do not gain a response from the approval email we will post your chosen background out to avoid any delays.
