Refund policy

Illustrations & any custom designs / logos  are non refundable.

Illustration prints, design work, logos & personalised products are non refundable due to the personalised nature of them.

Our artists spend hours drawing your illustrations & designs therefore we can not offer refunds on anything personalised / drawn.

pre made/designed items are refundable if they are damaged or incorrect. 

if we are contacted within 14 days of you receiving goods you have the right to cancel your order & obtain a refund on non personalised & non custom items.
You will have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.
we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

To start a return, you can contact us at tideydesign@gmail.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations-

Illustrations/ Designs / Logos - We accept cancellations within 4 hours after your order has been placed OR if the work has not yet been started.

Pre designed products- We accept cancellations only if your order has not been printed or shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
