Can you illustrate any image? -
Unfortunately not, images have to be clear quality for me to be able to recreate. Feel free to contact us to have your images confirmed before purchasing.
If your image is not suitable and you have already purchased we have the right to cancel your order if a suitable image isn’t supplied.

What is your turnaround time?-
Our turnaround times can vary depending on which products you purchase & busy, quiet periods.
We update our turnaround times daily so you know when to expect your order! If you need anything sooner please contact us as we will always try to accommodate when we can! -
Can you add faces to illustrations?-
Yes! Simply select 'add faces' from the drop down menu when ordering your illustration!
Please note the higher quality photograph you provide us with the better your illustration will come out.
We can not guarantee that faces will exactly represent the photograph you provide us with as our style is cartoon.
we ensure feature proportions and eye colours are correct.
Can you merge more than 1 image together to create a larger portrait? -
Yes, in most cases we can merge images together to create the perfect illustration. Please contact us to have your images confirmed before purchasing a illustration when you would like photos merged.

Can you add backgrounds to illustrations? (places, objects etc)-
In most cases, yes! Please fill in our bespoke illustration enquiry form to receive a quote.When purchasing from the general illustration listings via our website the portraits will come with our standard background option (block colour, circle or heart)

Is payment required before or after the illustration/design has been drawn?-
Payment is required before any work is completed by Tidey Illustrations.

Can you make amendments on design/ illustration orders? -
Yes! We are more than happy to make amendments within reason. We may require a fee for more complicated amendments.
If we complete your illustration order and you would like to change the photograph you originally ordered with this will require a new order to be placed
Can you create large portraits / bespoke designs with 7+ people in?
If you would like more people illustrated than what you see available via our website or a more complex design please fill in our bespoke illustration enquiry form to receive a quote.

Do you accept returns or refunds on custom Illustrations, designs & logos? -
If your illustration / design has not yet been started then yes.
Unfortunately as each design/Illustration is completely hand drawn and personalised to the buyer I am unable to do so once I have started, I am happy to amend illustrations / design work within reason until you are happy.
If more complicated amendments / additions to designs are wanted an extra charge may occur. -

Do you choose the background colour?
You have the choice to choose 1 background option & we will then create 2 more random ones for you.
you will then be emailed previews of all 3 and you simply approve your favourite and we will then post out to you!
If we do not gain a response from the approval email we will post your chosen background out to avoid any delays.
